Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and clean, making my stay comfortable.

The room showed wear and tear with stained carpets and broken tiles, while the air conditioning was faulty during a heatwave. the bar ran out of Muscadet wine, and the morning breakfast was hindered by some equipment issues, like a poorly functioning egg boiler.

Despite a few positive interactions with friendly staff, the overall experience fell short due to inconsistent service and cleanliness issues. The room was disappointing. it had not been properly cleaned and lacked basic amenities, like soap. Finding adequate parking was another struggle, which added unnecessary stress to our stay. Adding to this, the late-night service was lacking, making us feel overlooked when coming back to the hotel at odd hours.
